ClubShare

How ClubShare works

Companies have always been able to hire university teams. The hard part was finding them — one campus, one directory, one cold email at a time. We put them in one searchable place.

Three steps

Three steps from an open question to a team that can answer it.

  1. 01

    Search

Describe the work you need done, then filter by service, university, budget, availability, and industry experience.

  2. 02

    Compare

Review capabilities, typical engagement size, team composition, past clients, and full case studies side by side.

  3. 03

    Connect

Send a project inquiry directly to the organizations you shortlist. You handle the contract and payment on your own terms.

Common questions

What does it cost to use ClubShare?
Browsing organizations and sending project inquiries is free for buyers. Listing an organization is free as well. We do not take a percentage of any project.
Who handles the contract and payment?
You and the organization do, directly. ClubShare is a discovery platform, not an escrow service. Once you connect, the engagement terms are between you and the team.
What does verification actually mean?
Two separate things. University email verification means an administrator proved control of a university email address. Organization verification means we reviewed evidence that the university recognizes the group — a directory listing, student government recognition, or adviser confirmation. Verification is renewed annually because student leadership changes.
How large a project can a student organization take on?
It varies widely. Some groups run four-week design sprints; others staff eight to twelve students on semester-long engineering builds. Each profile lists typical engagement size, project duration, and team size so you can judge fit before reaching out.
When are organizations available?
Most work on an academic calendar and take on projects by semester. Profiles show next availability, and you can filter for organizations available now.
What if the project goes badly?
These are real engagements with real contracts, so the same protections apply as with any vendor: define scope, set milestones, and agree on terms up front. We are building structured reviews of completed engagements so quality becomes visible over time.
